Problem:
Our customer had a rack design that they were using that had a custom height and width. There was also an internal cable trough included in this rack. The customer was also dealing with a lot of freight damage from their previous supplier.
Solution:
AMCO designed a rack to have the custom height and width using our Titan DT platform. We included the internal cable trough and split side panels with this design. Utilizing our preferred carrier and our standard packaging, freight damage went down by more than 95% from the previous supplier. We also implemented a stock agreement with this customer which insured same day or next day shipping of cabinets.
