Large Global Integrator and Contract Manufacturer
Problem:
The customer wanted to integrate the rack with over 3,000 pounds of servers and other equipment so the end user could uncrate the cabinet and begin using it immediately. The customer required custom shelves, security bars and a custom box at the top of the rack.
Solution:
After doing several 3D simulations AMCO Enclosures’ Engineering team worked with the customer and designed our Titan DT rack to include six shelves for servers and made a custom bar that fastens across the front of the server on the shelf for extra security during transport. We also built a custom storage box at the top that has slots inside for housing rails. Special components were added to the sides and base of the shelves to ensure easy installation and while not scratching the component finish.
